Until the host accepts, the request shows as “Pending” in My bookings. Once it is accepted you receive a confirmation in your dashboard and by email.

Prices are shown in Belarusian rubles (BYN) by default; you can switch the display currency in the footer. The payment method is agreed with the host in the booking chat.
