If a host cancels, any prepayment made under the agreed terms is returned. Contact support if you need help finding another place.
Every listing passes moderation, hosts and guests build a review history, and all booking communication stays inside the in-app chat.
Use the report option on the listing or contact support with your booking reference. Our team reviews every report.
Reviews can be left after a completed stay by both guests and hosts, which keeps ratings honest and useful.
