Vsesutki publishes listings and connects people. We do not own, rent out or manage any property, and we are not a party to the agreement between a guest and a host.
Prices, payments, check in, the stay and any refund are arranged directly between the guest and the host. We do not process payments or hold your money.
Post truthful information, keep your listing and availability current, respect other people and follow the law of the place you operate in.
We may edit, hide or remove content and limit or close accounts that break these terms, mislead users or harm the platform, usually with notice and immediately when needed.

By accessing or using Vsesutki (browsing listings, creating an account, publishing a listing or contacting a host) you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. If you use Vsesutki on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to bind it.
Vsesutki is an information and listings platform for short term accommodation. We provide tools to publish, find and contact listings.
We are not a landlord, agent, broker or insurer, and we are not a party to any booking or rental agreement. Any contract for a stay is concluded directly between the guest and the host.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you provide and for keeping your login credentials secret. You must be legally able to enter into agreements in your country. Tell us promptly about any unauthorised use of your account. One person or organisation should not run multiple accounts to evade limits or moderation.
Read the listing, the house rules and the host's cancellation terms before you arrange a stay. Agree price, payment and check in directly with the host. Treat the property with care and follow the rules you accepted. Vsesutki does not guarantee any listing, host or the outcome of a stay.
You confirm you have the right to offer the property and that your listing (description, photos, price, address and rules) is accurate and kept current. You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you, including registration, tax and guest registration requirements. You set your own booking and cancellation terms and honour them.
You keep ownership of the content you upload, but you grant Vsesutki a free, non exclusive licence to host, display and promote it within the service and its marketing for as long as the content is published. You must hold the rights to everything you upload and must not post unlawful, deceptive or infringing material.
Do not post false, misleading or illegal listings; do not harass, defraud or discriminate against other users; do not bypass moderation, scrape the platform at scale, probe its security or disrupt its operation; do not use the service for money laundering or any activity prohibited by applicable law.
The Vsesutki name, logo, interface, code and design are protected and remain ours. These terms do not give you any right to use our brand or to copy the platform beyond ordinary, intended use of the service.
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not verify every listing or user and do not guarantee the quality, safety, legality or availability of any accommodation. To the extent permitted by law, Vsesutki is not liable for disputes, losses or damage arising from dealings between guests and hosts, including payments, refunds, the condition of a property or a cancelled stay.
You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may limit, suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms, create risk or harm for others, or where required by law. Where reasonable we give notice; serious cases may be acted on immediately.
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Belarus. We aim to resolve any disagreement amicably first, so please contact us before escalating. Disputes that cannot be settled by negotiation are handled by the competent courts at the platform operator's location, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
We may update these terms as the service evolves or the law changes. The current version is always on this page with its update date. Material changes will be highlighted; continuing to use Vsesutki after an update means you accept the revised terms.
