Vsesutki publicly offers the use of the platform on uniform terms. Any visitor may accept this offer; no separate signed contract is needed.
By browsing listings, creating an account, publishing a listing or contacting a host you accept these terms. If you do not agree, simply do not use the service.
Vsesutki shows listings and helps people find each other. Price, payment, arrival and any refund stay between the guest and the host.
Search, browsing and ordinary publishing are free for the user. If any paid services ever appear, their price will be shown in advance and separately.

The first use of the service in any of the described ways
"Platform" means the Vsesutki website and its related services. "Operator" means the entity that runs the platform and makes this offer. "User" means any visitor of the platform. A "host" publishes a listing, a "guest" looks for accommodation. "Offer" means this proposal to enter into an agreement on the terms set out here, and "acceptance" means a user agreeing to it.
The operator offers the user access to the platform: the ability to search listings, publish them, contact other users and use the supporting features of the service. This offer governs only the relationship between the operator and the user regarding the platform itself.
Any contract for a stay is concluded directly between the guest and the host and is not covered by this offer.
The offer is accepted when the user starts using the platform in any way: browsing listings, creating an account, publishing a listing or contacting another user. From that moment an agreement on the terms of this offer is in force between the operator and the user.
By accepting the offer the user confirms that they are of legal age and capacity, and, when acting for an organisation, confirms their authority to do so.
The operator provides the platform, maintains it with reasonable care, moderates content under its own rules and helps users get in touch with each other. The operator aims for the service to be available but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation and may carry out maintenance.
The operator is not a landlord, agent, broker or insurer and is not a party to any booking or rental agreement. The operator does not process payments between guests and hosts, does not hold their funds and is not responsible for refunds. The operator does not verify every listing or user and does not guarantee the quality, safety or legality of any accommodation.
The user undertakes to provide accurate data, keep their listing and availability current, respect other people and follow the law of the place where they operate. A host is responsible for their own registration, tax and guest registration duties. It is forbidden to post false or unlawful listings, bypass moderation, scrape the platform at scale, probe its security or disrupt its operation.
Search, browsing and ordinary publishing are free for the user. If the operator introduces paid services, their scope and price will be shown clearly and in advance before any confirmation, and they may be used only with separate consent. Payment for a stay by a guest to a host is outside this offer.
The user keeps ownership of the content they upload but grants the operator a free licence, which is not exclusive, to host, display and promote that content within the service and its marketing for as long as it is published. The Vsesutki name, logo, interface, code and design remain the property of the operator. This offer gives no right to copy the platform or use its brand beyond ordinary use of the service.
The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for disputes, losses or damage arising from dealings between guests and hosts, including payments, refunds, the condition of a property or a cancelled stay. The user is responsible for their content and actions on the platform and shall compensate the operator for harm caused by a breach of them.
The operator processes personal data to run the service to the extent described in the Privacy Policy, which is an integral part of this offer. By accepting the offer the user confirms that they have read that policy.
The offer is effective from the moment it is published and until the operator withdraws it. The operator may change it as the service evolves or the law changes. The current version is always on this page with its update date. Material changes are announced; continuing to use the platform after an update means the new version is accepted.
This offer is governed by the law of the Republic of Belarus. The parties first aim to resolve any disagreement by negotiation, so please contact the operator before escalating. Disputes that cannot be settled by negotiation are handled by the competent court at the operator's location, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
Vsesutki is an information and listings platform. It does not process payments, does not hold guests' funds and is not responsible for refunds or for the conduct of guests and hosts. All booking, payment and cancellation terms are agreed directly between the guest and the host.
Using the platform means you accept this offer. If anything is unclear, reach out to the operator before you publish a listing or arrange a stay. We would rather answer first.
