How a booking works on Vsesutki, who sets the cancellation terms and what happens to the money. A short human version is up top, the detailed rules are right below.
Vsesutki shows listings and helps you get in touch. The booking, the payment and the arrival are an arrangement directly between the guest and the host.
Each place has its own cancellation and refund rules. Confirm them with the host in the chat before you send any money.
Vsesutki does not hold funds and does not issue refunds. The host returns the money the same way the guest sent it.
The amount, the dates, the cancellation and refund terms. Chat in the service is kept and helps if a dispute comes up.
The summary above is for convenience only. If anything conflicts, the detailed rules below and the specific host's terms prevail.

Where to find them
In the listing and in the chat with the host
The contract for a stay is concluded directly between the guest and the host. Vsesutki provides a listings platform and a way to communicate, but is not a party to that contract.
This means the price, the dates, the deposit, the cancellation terms and the refund procedure are agreed by the guest and the host themselves. The platform does not set these terms and does not take part in the settlement.
The guest finds a suitable place and contacts the host through the service. The parties confirm the dates, the number of guests, the final price and the cancellation terms. A booking is treated as confirmed once the host has confirmed it and the guest has agreed to the terms.
The payment method and the moment a prepayment or deposit is made are decided by the host. We recommend agreeing all of this in the chat inside the service: it is kept and is useful if a disagreement arises.
Each listing may have its own cancellation and refund terms. The host chooses them, and they may differ from one place to another and depend on the season or the length of the stay.
Before paying, ask the host to state clearly: up to what moment a cancellation is free, what share of the amount is returned for a later cancellation, and what happens to the deposit. If the terms are unclear, treat them as not yet agreed.
These are typical options for guidance, not platform rules. Always check the exact terms in the listing and confirm them with the host.
| Policy type | What it usually means | What to watch for |
|---|---|---|
| Flexible | Free cancellation shortly before arrival, almost full refund | Confirm the deadline and whether a service amount is kept |
| Moderate | Free cancellation a few days ahead, partial refund later | Ask what share comes back for a late cancellation |
| Strict | Refund only for an early cancellation well before arrival | Weigh the risk in advance, especially for short trips |
| No refund | The amount is not returned once the booking is confirmed | Agree only if the dates definitely will not change |
Tell the host about the cancellation as early as possible and through the service, so both sides keep a record. The amount to be returned is set by the terms you agreed at booking and by the moment of cancellation.
The earlier you give notice, the better the chance of getting most of the amount back. The platform does not take part in the settlement and does not make decisions for the parties.
If the host cancels a confirmed booking, the host returns the full amount received to the guest, unless the parties have agreed otherwise in writing. The host should give notice as early as possible so the guest can find a replacement.
If the host stops responding or acts in bad faith, report it through the support form. The platform may take action against a violator under its own rules, but returning the money stays a matter between the guest and the host.
Vsesutki does not accept payment for a stay, does not hold guests' funds and does not process refunds. The host returns the money, as a rule by the same method it was received, within the time the parties agreed.
If a question about the amount or the timing of a refund comes up, first resolve it with the host directly. On request the platform can provide the chat history inside the service to confirm what was agreed.
Sometimes a trip falls through for reasons beyond the parties' control. There is no universal rule here: a suitable solution is found by the guest and the host together, in good faith and taking the agreed terms into account.
If you cannot reach an agreement, contact support. The platform does not rule on monetary disputes and does not compensate losses, but it helps restore contact and can share the chat history.
Vsesutki is an information and listings platform. It does not process payments, does not hold guests' funds and is not responsible for refunds or for the conduct of guests and hosts. All booking, payment and cancellation terms are agreed directly between the guest and the host.
In the listing itself and in the chat with the host. If the terms are missing or unclear, ask the host to put them in writing before you pay.
No. Vsesutki does not accept payment and does not issue refunds. A refund is a matter between the guest and the host under the agreed terms.
Write to support through the form. We do not refund money on the host's behalf, but we can take action against a violator and provide the chat history.
Yes, if the host agrees. Moving the dates is a separate arrangement; record the new dates and terms in the chat.
If anything in the terms is unclear, ask the host before you pay, not after. A clear agreement in the chat saves both sides a lot of stress if plans change.
Thousands of short-stay options across Belarus choose calmly and confirm the terms with the host.
